Bill Bigelow is curriculum editor of Rethinking Schools magazine and co-director of the Zinn Education Project. He is author or co-editor of numerous books, including A People's Curriculum for the Earth: Teaching Climate Change and the Environmental Crisis; Rethinking Columbus; The Line Between Us: Teaching About the Border and Mexican ImmigrationRethinking Globalization; and A People's History for the Classroom. He taught high school social studies in Portland, Oregon, for many years.
